The clients are always on a high growth trajectory and have been hiring people from campuses and the industry to fulfill thei r continuous demand for talent. The clients want to get these new joiners up and running at the earliest and therefore the need to take them through bootcamps to learn basic consulting skills.
The Solution
To address this, we have developed a continuous training program that has been running successfully for the last 10 years. This mandatory training program aims at imparting foundational consulting skills to the new joiners through a mix of frameworks, practice sessions, and case studies.
