Our client is a leading interior contracting firm delivering high-end residential and commercial projects. With rapid business expansion, the leadership realized that sustaining growth required a stronger internal backbone — one that was structured, transparent, and process-driven.
The ask was to build a professional, scalable HR ecosystem that could enable growth and enhance employee experience.
Our team adopted a structured three-phase approach — Assess, Design, and Institutionalize.
Assess: We engaged with the leadership team to understand business goals, review existing processes, and identify key HR gaps. This diagnostic phase helped prioritize focus areas and define success metrics.
Design: We created a fit-for-purpose organization structure with defined levels, bands, and reporting lines. Comprehensive HR policies were drafted and aligned with industry best practices. A suitable HRIS platform was identified, negotiated, and implemented to automate core HR operations. We also designed standardized HR templates, letters, and forms to bring consistency across the employee lifecycle and managed a seamless employment transition process as part of the company's rebranding.
Institutionalize: The new HR systems, policies, and tools were rolled out with structured training and communication sessions. A streamlined onboarding-to-exit journey was implemented to ensure a transparent and consistent employee experience across the organization.
